How does the juicer machine work?
- Feeding process: The broken pulp, juice, and skin are fed into the juicer machine through the feed hopper.
- Spiral compression: Inside the machine, a screw (spiral) gradually increases in diameter and decreases in pitch, compressing the material as it moves toward the slag outlet.
- Juice extraction: As the spiral rotates clockwise (from feed hopper to slag discharge), it reduces the volume in the spiral cavity, squeezing out the juice.
- Juice collection: The juice flows through a filter screen and is collected in the container at the bottom of the juicer machine.
- Slag discharge: Waste (pomace) is pushed toward the outlet and discharged through an annular gap between the spiral and the pressure regulation section.
- Gap adjustment: The axial movement of the pressure regulating head adjusts the gap size—turning it left narrows the gap; turning it right widens it.
- Slag rate control: A smaller gap increases pressure and juice output but may reduce juice quality due to pulp particles entering the juice.
- Customizable settings: Users can adjust the gap based on their specific processing requirements to balance juice yield and quality.
