Our commercial automatic egg roll machine is a multi-functional baking and forming equipment for crispy snack mass production, integrating automatic batter feeding, constant temperature baking and molded forming into one streamlined workflow.
Capable of producing cylindrical egg rolls, phoenix egg rolls, thin pancakes, crepes and customized waffle ice cream cones, this machine greatly cuts manual labor input and delivers uniform crispness, consistent thickness and attractive appearance for finished goods with only one operator in charge.
It supports flexible formula matching for diverse raw materials including seaweed, cream, purple potato, oats, sesame, chocolate and milk powder, and features adjustable batter dosage to control product thickness within 0.5–4 mm. Built with thick stainless steel frames and high-temperature resistant aluminum molds, it realizes independent precise temperature control (160–200°C) on each heating plate, eliminating uneven baking and paste overflow issues.

- Adjust the Paste Stick – Position the paste stick correctly and wait until the preset temperature is reached.
- Begin Automatic Production – Activate the batter dispensing system to automatically apply the batter onto the heated mold.
- Bake and Form – The machine bakes the batter into a thin, uniform egg roll wrapper in one production cycle.
- Collect the Wrapper – Remove the finished wrapper and continue continuous production for high-efficiency output.
