We recently successfully delivered two 200L electric-heated steam jacket kettles to a customer in Vietnam.

The client is a local catering business that required the machines for large-scale food preparation. Their specific request was for equipment that could be used to first stir-fry dishes and then simmer them afterward.

Machine specifications and customization

To meet the client’s needs, we provided two 200L electric-heated steam jacketed kettles with a voltage configuration of 380V 50Hz, suitable for the three-phase power supply commonly used in Vietnam. Each machine comes equipped with the following features:

• Stirring function. The built-in automatic stirring system ensures even heating during the stir-frying process, preventing any burning or sticking.
• Lid. The kettles come with lids to retain heat during the simmering process, improving cooking efficiency and ensuring consistent results.
• Extra heating element. We provided an additional heating element for each machine, ensuring the customer can replace it if needed after extended use, maintaining efficient operation.

Customer requirements and our solution

The client required a machine capable of stir-frying initially, followed by simmering.

We recommended the steam jacket kettle, which is well-suited for both high-temperature frying and even heat distribution during simmering. This solution perfectly aligned with the client’s daily cooking processes, allowing them to streamline their food preparation.

Additionally, the customer expressed concerns about the longevity of the heating element with continuous use. To address this, we included an extra heating element with each machine, ensuring uninterrupted operation and extended equipment lifespan.
