The customer, a Bolivian business involved in food production, required machinery that could handle high volumes of Chin Chin—a popular West African snack made from fried dough.
Our Chin Chin Cutter Machine was the perfect solution, providing them with the ability to produce uniform, high-quality pieces at an efficient rate of 150-300 kg/h. The machine’s adjustable cutting width feature ensures flexibility, enabling them to produce Chin Chin in various sizes to meet market demands.
In addition to the cutting machine, we also supplied a set of complementary equipment, including a pressing machine, frying machine, and de-oiling machine. These machines are designed to complement each other, ensuring a seamless production process from start to finish.
The pressing machine ensures consistent dough thickness, while the frying machine provides optimal frying temperature control, and the de-oiling machine removes excess oil from the fried product, guaranteeing a cleaner and healthier final snack.
Enhancing productivity and quality
Our machines are built to international standards, ensuring durability, high efficiency, and easy operation. The Bolivian customer particularly appreciated the durability and low maintenance requirements of the machines, which are built from stainless steel for long-lasting performance.
The pressing machine has a capacity of 200-300 kg/h, while the frying machine processes up to 100 kg/h, making them suitable for medium-scale production.
