如何制造花生酱？

Peanut butter is made from peanuts. Through a series of physical effects, like roasting, peeling, grinding, and mixing, peanuts can become peanut paste. So if you want to manufacture peanut butter for home use or commercial use, peanut butter making machine is necessary. Taizy食品机械 is an expert in quality peanut butter manufacturing plants. Welcome to get in touch with us for more useful machine details.

制作花生酱的步骤有哪些？

一般而言，制作美味花生酱的步骤有六个。

Roasting. Peanuts should be first toasted. This is because roasted peanuts have a strong flavor. Therefore, you need to use a peanut roaster to help you achieve this. This can make the peanut butter taste delicious. After that, the roasted peanuts need to be cooled so that you can proceed to the next step. This is on account of the peanuts being too hot when they are freshly roasted.

剥壳. As we all know, the skin of peanuts is red. If left untreated it will directly affect the taste of peanut butter. Taizy peanut peeling machine can make the roasted and cooled peanuts peeled and cut into two halves. In addition, some granular germs will be screened out to ensure the quality of peanut butter.

Grinding. Grinding literally turns the peanuts into peanut butter. The peeled peanuts are ground into a paste by multiple peanut butter colloid mills, then they go into the mixing tank and vacuum tank in turn, and then they can be filled to get the whole bottle of peanut butter.

Mixing. To give peanut butter a distinctive flavor, many peanut butter manufacturers add salt, sugar, and other flavorings. In addition, to make the flavors more uniform, we need mixing jars so that they can be evenly mixed together.

Degassing. Vacuum degassing tanks can effectively remove gas from peanut butter. This can effectively extend the storage time of peanut butter.

包装. Finally, we need to use a packaging machine to package the peanut butter into finished products and sell them.
