How does the egg grading machine work?
1. Manual egg placement. Manually place the eggs on the conveyor belt. You can place the eggs one by one or use an egg picker to quickly fill the eggs.
2. Candling. A candle device is equipped in the middle of the conveyor belt. The light inspection device shines a light on the eggs, so you can pick out substandard eggs, such as cracked, yellowed, deformed, etc.
3. Sorting. The eggs enter the grading area via a conveyor belt. The grading area uses a mechanical weighing system to grade the different weights of eggs.
4. Collecting eggs. The graded eggs are dropped on the grading board and the different grades are collected manually.
